Action McFarlane LLC, the joint venture of Action Performance Companies, Inc. (Action), and McFarlane Toys (McFarlane) was terminated in early 2006. Action was acquired by a joint venture of International Motorsports Authentics, Inc. in December 2005. Motorsports Authentics is consolidating its operations in North Carolina and closing its Arizona operations. Motorsports Authentics will continue to license, manufacture, and sell NASCAR related merchandise and collectibles. |
